Course Overview
Learners will understand the importance of their own learning and development and how to document this in a Personal Development Plan. The course includes objective setting, different types of learning and feedback.
This is part of the Care Certificate suite of courses.
Target Audience
This course is aimed at all members of staff in healthcare support roles. If you’re looking to create a care assistant personal development plan, health care personal development plan or nursing personal development plan, this course is ideal for you. It’s also useful for HR professionals managing or overseeing PDP activities.
