Working effectively from home involves more than just making a cup of coffee and sitting down in front of the home computer.

We all expect to be working from home for a while so it's important that we get it right.

We all have a role to play in supporting each other’s and our own mental health and wellbeing while working from home by:

  • recognising and managing anxiety
  • maintaining work/life balance under new and challenging circumstances
