Following on from part one this course continues to look at how to boost your levels of resilience. This series focuses on the demands that you experience that can put additional pressure during both your personal professional and psychological life. In this course you will learn how being more assertive taking regular breaks socialising and eating the right diet can ensure your levels of resilience are more than a match for day to day demands.
