Course Description

There are many things that you can do to nurture and enhance your resilience and wellbeing. This series focuses on the demands that you experience that can put additional pressure during both your personal professional and psychological life. In this course we will introduce you to the resilience reservoir focusing on inputs and demands. If the demands exceed the input it will be okay for a while if there are sufficient reserves in the reservoir.

This microlearning course comes with additional materials to help you implement the learning, including three key actions to take, a blueprint for self-coaching, and a simple infographic to remember the main points.
