Following on from part one, this course continues to look at how to boost your levels of resilience.
The Skillshub Wellbeing and Resilience Strategies series focuses on the demands that you experience that can put additional pressure on both your personal, professional, and psychological life. In this course, you will learn how being more assertive, taking regular breaks, socialising, and eating the right diet can ensure your levels of resilience are more than a match for day to day demands.
This course has been structured into three short sections: firstly, a learning video, secondly, action-based resources and finally, a quick 3 question quiz to make sure you have fully understood the learning, which has been developed by experienced learning and development specialists.
