US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
This course explains the core principles of US anti-corruption law. It is intended to help employees understand the importance of FCPA compliance and recognize and respond appropriately to “red flags” — situations that present a risk of FCPA violations. The course is based on the FCPA Resource Guide released by the DOJ and SEC in November 2012 and updated in July 2020.
