This videocast covers:
- the primary driver for a new edition is the residential off the plan (“ROTP”) reforms set out in the Conveyancing Legislation Amendment Act 2018;
- developments in the implementation of eConveyancing – including in particular the problems associated with interoperability;
- the “user experience” following the introduction of the GST residential withholding measure based on feedback from the ATO and practitioners; and
- assorted legislative and regulatory changes (e.g. RIP Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act 1948).
