Every organisation aims to attract diverse talent and build high-performing teams. Yet, hidden mental processes can hinder effective collaboration with different people.
These processes are unconscious biases - automatic social stereotypes formed without our awareness. The challenge is acknowledging that everyone has unconscious bias; no one is an exception.
