Course Description

Most of us have experienced what happens when time management falls apart – missed deadlines, lost productivity, frustration, stress. This course looks at the root cause of stress. We introduce skills to manage your time, and set and achieve appropriate goals. We look at how you can enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and we introduce stress management techniques that will help us to stay focussed and healthy.
