Course Overview

Peter Quarry tells Eve Ash that while collaborative workplaces are highly desirable, developing a culture for collaboration isn’t easy. It requires asking and addressing a series of questions which form the basis for a conversation that negotiates where and how people can work together.

Creating a collaboration culture is not easy. It first requires addressing some key questions about work style, different communication approaches, and negotiating change.
