Team Building: Setting Team Ground Rules

When teams are performing at their best, excellent results can be achieved, so it's important for everyone in a team to understand what it takes to make a high-performing team. Teams often fail because of interpersonal “people” conflict, not because of tasks completed. By the end of this course, you will understand why teams that are built with the right foundations in the forming stage have an increased chance of success. We will demonstrate why it is important to establish, publish, and refer to the ground rules at each meeting so that they become a habit, and how to manage conflict should it arise.
