Course Description

While everyone wants to be a leader, few are prepared to accept the accountability that goes with it. This course explores the vital step of taking responsibility, which starts with developing a belief that you, as an individual, are accountable for the quality and timeliness of the outcome, irrelevant of whether you have authority over the project or are working as part of a team.
