Sales and Ethics: Managing Conflicts of Interest

Updated Jul 24, 2024
Course Description

There are four different types of conflicts of interest: family interests, gifts, private use of employer property, and moonlighting. Bribery -- the use of gifts to influence someone -- is both unethical and illegal. This course also touches on the definition of a non-compete agreement, trade secrets, whistle-blowing, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
