R U OK?

R U OK? have teamed up with Allara Learning to develop a new online short course for the workplace.

The interactive course is designed to help someone learn how to ask, “Are you OK?” of any team member or workmate that they are worried about.

The course also helps someone respond appropriately and safely to anyone who says, “No, I’m not ok.”
