Project Management is simply a combination of steps and techniques for keeping the budget and schedule in line.This course follows the five stages of the project cycle, which provides a clear process and system for project tracking. A successful project manager demonstrates particular team building skills and develops a thorough knowledge of the team’s strengths and the project’s needs.

Before you commence tutorial 1 you need to carry out an assessment of your current level of knowledge in this skill. 

This BASELINE ASSESSMENT is used as a starting point for determining how much knowledge you have gained, once you have completed the module.

Action Plan Review

Now that you have completed this course module, you should undertake a Final Assessment, as an indicator of how much knowledge you have gained, from working through the tutorials. The attainment level for the assessment is 80%. 

The best measure of your attainment level, however, relates to how much of the knowledge gained, has now been converted into work based actions and performance improvement.

Final Assessment: Project Management

The transfer of the knowledge you have acquired from this course is a critical stage in the development of your skills and abilities, aligned to your current and future job roles.

What you have learned needs to be applied and practiced within the context of your job from this point forward. By this means you will improve your own performance and level of competence.

It takes commitment and time but the pay back will be self-evident.
