Problem Solving: Early Problem Recognition (Part 1 of 5)

The earlier you can recognize when you are off course, the faster you can find the correct solution. Problem recognition occurs when you become aware of a gap between where you are and where you want to be. In this lesson, we will guide you to proactively look for hidden problems using tools such as a gap analysis, surveys and interviews. You will understand what you can do to initiate problem recognition, how you can gather data, and how to unpack a problem.
