Privacy and Data Protection

 Privacy breaches can happen in dramatic fashion, but smaller breaches are just as serious and we are counting on you to protect the private data you handle. Protecting the customer's organisation and employee's private data is not just a core value it's the law. This course will help you understand what information is private, why it is private, and what you can do to protect it throughout the data lifecycle, which is the life of a piece of information whether in paper or digital format from creation to destruction within our organisation. This course contains a final exam which you must pass to receive course credit.
