Course Description
The Post-crisis Recovery course provides guidelines for post-crisis evaluation of damages/losses, impact on stakeholders, business impact, and effectiveness of the Crisis Management Plan. It also provides guidelines for developing and implementing business continuity and recovery plans and addresses updating/revision of Crisis Management Plan based on the results of post-mortem evaluation of its effectiveness during the crisis.
