Course DescriptionIn order to avoid injury and death in the workplace, OSHA has created a set of safety standards for employers and employees in the private sector, public sector and federal government. This course provides an overview of the OSH Act and OSHA standards of workplace safety. Topics include rights and responsibilities of both employees and employers, OSHA inspections, and workplace safety educational resources for employers and employees.
