Business Objectives

In this learning activity we outline the principles of good organisational governance, what it has to do with your workforce and people receiving care and services. The concept of open disclosure is also introduced, along with a practical framework for clinical governance. This learning activity aligns to Standard 8 of the Quality Aged Care Standards.
