Course Description
This course equips you with the skills to efficiently use retail technology, understanding the purpose and design specifications of various equipment. Technology tracks stock, from the time of ordering to its movement within the store to the time that it is purchased and wrapped. POS transactions, ticketing, product identification, recording markups and markdowns, right through to wrapping, packing, and waste disposal.
