Course Description

This stress management training program explains how to reprogram our ancient operating system to survive and thrive in a modern world. As descendants of the caveman, we are required to cope in our modern world on the same, ancient “flight or fight” operating system as our forefathers. Where the cavemen had his cave to retreat into after flight or fight, we have no such luxury so we have to produce one.

Course consists of 8 minutes of video content combined with
assessment questions and interactivity.


Learning Objectives

After completing this training program, you should be able to:

  • Recognise physical and emotional auto responses to stress
  • Create a safe haven in your mind’s eye similar to the cave for the caveman
  • Apply various techniques to manage stress and anxiety
