Course Description

Lynsey Sharp is one of Britain's top athletes, winning gold at the 2012 European Athletics Championship and silver at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. In this short video she shares her techniques and methods for being resilient, even when faced with the most challenging of circumstances.


Once you have viewed this video, you may wish to reflect on its content by considering the following questions:

  • When faced with a difficult or challenging situation, how do you normally respond? What can you do better to deal with these events?
  • What situations are you currently facing that are a test of your resilience? Which of the tips shared in the video will you use to help you overcome these?
