Course Description

Do your internal customers receive the same service as external ones? This module introduces the concept of “WACTEO” (We Are Customers to Each Other). The goal of this course is to help learners realize that everyone in an organization serves customers – either directly or indirectly – so every action should be undertaken at the same high level of service you would provide to external customers.
