Course Description
One of the greatest challenges as a leader is successfully managing a team that’s not physically together. If you work with a blended (or hybrid) team, with some team members working remotely and some in a physical office space, you need to know how to overcome the challenges that come with communication, productivity and working in a cohesive way. Avoiding an ‘us vs them’ culture and the conflict that comes with it is key.
