Course Description

Course Overview

It’s always good to stay on the safe side, especially when it comes to health and safety. But how can we make sure we comply with health and safety legislation, and who is responsible? We’ll be exploring health and safety, learning about the HSE, reporting and who is responsible for workplace health and safety.

This module is part of the Health and Safety for Health and Social Care course. 

 

Target Audience

This course is for:

  • Those working in healthcare with direct patient contact

  • Those working in adult social care as a care worker in residential, domiciliary, or day care settings

  • Roles include nursing support workers, residential and domiciliary care staff, occupational therapist assistants, and physiotherapy assistants, etc.
