Course DescriptionHarassment Prevention training for US supervisors in the state of New York. Workplace harassment and discrimination are serious issues that can affect employees' well-being and productivity. Training helps ensure that all employees understand their role in maintaining a respectful and inclusive work environment. Supervisor training covers the same important topics as Non-Supervisor training. It has additional content regarding supervisors' responsibilities in recognizing and preventing harassment and responding to harassment incidents.
