What is “good company”? What does it mean to be “good company”? It is the organization that people want to associate with — the organization that is successful and strong to the core. Topics include reasons to operate a business in an ethical manner virtues for effective and profitable leadership fostering an ethical culture and doing right thing in challenging situations.
