Getting and Giving Help: Mentoring Peers

Coaching and mentoring employees will help them to grow and you will see magnificent results. While having the right resources is important, often it’s other people who can help us most: anyone with whom you communicate knows something that you don’t. In this lesson, you will learn the eight types of peer mentoring, the characteristics of effective peer mentors, and what behaviors to avoid, such as criticizing, giving advice, and rescuing.
