Everyday stresses can accumulate and cause burnout. This meditation series will help you to let go of any negative emotions weighing you down and allow you to relax and soothe your mind.

Deep Relaxation, 10-minuted guided meditation is designed to bring a sense of calm and inner peace through a deeply relaxing body scan. This meditation is voice only, without any music, for those who prefer voice-only meditations.
