Course Description

This module will focus on the importance of food safety and your role as a food safety supervisor, your responsibility to know and understand terms related to food safety, what factors effect bacterial growth and what the fourteen types of food allergens are. This course is designed for those who are food supervisors, head chefs or for those who work with food and would like to learn about what can go wrong when working with food and how to maintain food safety.
