Course Description
Ideas, information, creative work, and specialist knowledge can be among a workplace's most valuable assets, but knowing what you can use, copy, share, or disclose is not always straightforward. This course explores intellectual property and confidential information in everyday work, including copyright, permissions and licences, workplace-created material, and the use of external and AI-enabled tools. It provides practical guidance to help you recognise when rights or restrictions may apply, make appropriate decisions, and know when to stop and seek guidance.
