What you'll learn

  • Identify what the purpose of the field accompaniment is
  • Classify what should be fed back to the salesperson
  • Allow the salesperson to generate how they can upskill with your support
Course Description

When attending a field visit as a manager, you need to be aware of how you can help and support your salesperson, not be onsite to take over.

The Skillshub "Field Accompaniments - During The Visit" course focuses on how you as a manager should observe your salesperson so you can provide quality feedback to help them improve their skillset. It is not about criticism! You being onsite may put them under additional pressure, so its important for them to realise you're also available to support if required.

Once the course has been completed you will be able to identify what skillset your salesperson may need some additional help with, along with putting a positive spin on aspects that have gone well.

The Skillshub Rapid Recall Microlearning Series is made up of a Video, Action Planning, Cheat Sheet, Coaching Blueprint and Session Notes to allow you to take action back in the workplace. The session also requires you to pass a quick-fire quiz with a maximum of three multiple choice questions.
