Equal Opportunities for Workers

Updated July 2023, this highly interactive course has been designed to provide workers with an understanding about equal opportunity in the workplace, the type of unlawful behaviour that should be avoided, and what workers can do if they experience discrimination and harassment in their workplace, including sexual harassment.

Suitable for all employees to develop basic knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities in ensuring a safe and healthy workplace and culture.

Learning Objectives

To provide learners with an understanding of equal opportunity in the workplace including equal opportunity and the laws governing discrimination and harassment, identifying unlawful discrimination and harassment, sexual harassment and what they can do if they experience unlawful discrimination and harassment.
