Course Description
This course will introduce the learner to the increasing problem of elder financial abuse and the measures that are being taken to detect and prevent it. The course will familiarize the learner with federal and state laws that address elder financial abuse, in addition to providing advice for protecting elderly customers and how to report suspicions of elder financial abuse.
