Cross-Cultural Considerations: 01. What Is Culture?

“Culture” refers to the groups that we’re a part of that influence our behavior and our understanding of the things happening around us. In this program, we’ll talk through the basics of how various cultural factors can impact our experiences and perspectives, both personally and professionally. We’ll also discuss how culture is expressed and cover some common terms, including dominant cultures, subcultures, countercultures, and multiculturalism.
