Cross-Cultural Considerations: 03. Cultural Intelligence

Working effectively in different cultures or with people from different cultures requires a certain level of cultural intelligence. You might be more familiar with the concept of emotional intelligence: cultural intelligence is similar. Where emotional intelligence is learning to read, process, and factor in the emotions of those you’re engaged with, cultural intelligence is about reading, processing, and factoring in the culture of those you’re engaged with. In this course, we’ll talk through this concept and discuss how to develop and increase your own cultural intelligence.
