Course DescriptionWelcome to the topic of continuous quality improvement (CQI)! "CQI: Flow" is a video course which provides tools for understanding and improving the flow of your business processes. This video lesson, "The Flowchart," is the third of five. The viewer learns what elements comprise a flowchart, as well as how to construct one. Knowing this, the viewer will be able to organize their processes and analyze them for process improvement.
