Course Description
A respectful workplace is built on professionalism, integrity, inclusion, and shared responsibility. This course introduces the principles of a workplace Code of Conduct and explores the behaviours and standards that help create a safe, respectful, ethical, and inclusive working environment. Learners will develop an understanding of professional conduct, respectful workplace relationships, ethical decision-making, workplace responsibilities, and the importance of speaking up when concerns arise.
