Course DescriptionIn order to ensure a safe work environment, every employee has a right to know about asbestos- containing materials that he or she might come into contact with in the workplace. This course presents an overview of asbestos and its associated hazards. The course will cover the health hazards of asbestos, responsibilities of employers and employees, and hazard controls outlined in California's Cal/OSHA regulations.
