What you'll learn
- Understand the meaning and negative effects and consequences of abusive conduct in the workplace, as defined under California law and recognize examples of such conduct
- Change or modify workplace behaviors that create or contribute to harassment based on sex, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation as defined in California and federal law
- Develop and maintain a set of values that assist you in preventing incidents of harassment, effectively responding to incidents of harassment, and implementing mechanisms to promptly address and correct wrongful behavior
Course Description
Designed in compliance with California’s SB 1343 and SB 396, this one-hour gated training course uses interactive scenarios, relevant case law, and plain language to educate non-supervisory employees on a proactive approach to sexual harassment prevention by centering compassion, mutual respect, and equity.
