Course Description

Resilience is how you as an individual respond to daily pressures both during work and in everyday life. The Skillshub Building Resilience At Work course looks at the differences between people who are highly resilient who can respond effectively to pressures compared to those who simply crumble. The course develops you to understand how you can build your resilience in the workplace.
