Course Description

While the true cost of global corruption is unknown, the World Bank believes that it is estimated to be in the billions of dollars. This course explains bribery and corruption in simple and understandable terms. It looks at Australian legislation and what is happening internationally. A new section examining the recently introduced UK Bribery Act looks at the impact it has on Australian businesses that operate globally

We use examples from recent news headlines and local cases to emphasise the importance of compliance and reinforces lessons learned through scenarios presented throughout the program

 

Who is this training for

This training is a must for every person who works in an overseas office or who has frequent dealings with companies in other jurisdictions. As with all Salt Compliance courses, this training is designed to cater for a diverse audience and all levels of staff.
