The module takes learners through all aspects of presenting the guest bedroom from key items such as mirrors and wardrobes along with sundry items such as telephones, hairdryers and other items that may be displayed, key hygiene and safety standards of refreshment trays, bathroom presentation including folding towels and pointing a toilet toll, the differences when cleaning and finishing occupied rooms, tasks that may be carried out in an evening turndown along with and key points of checking public areas.
